IT Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for experienced and qualified IT Assistant who are excited to join our school and are driven to provide education at an exceptional level.
Job Responsibilities:
* Handling Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
* Provide technical assistance to employees, including resolving password issues, setting up new equipment, and configuring software.
* Maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and servers.
* Install and configure software applications, including Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and other productivity software.
* Manage data backups, including scheduling backups, monitoring backup processes, and ensuring data integrity.
* Provide training and support to employees, including training on new software applications, hardware, and IT procedures.

Job Requirement
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
* Technical certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, may be preferred.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Must have experience of atleast 2 years in the relevant field.
